Since 1958 E.W. Leonard, Inc. has built a reputation for our knowledge and technical capabilities. We specialize in heating and engineered systems. We sell our products through plumbing and heating wholesalers, although we will work directly with engineers and contractors. At our 15,000 square foot office/warehouse facility, centrally located twenty miles southeast of Hartford, Connecticut, we carry sufficient inventory to meet customer needs quickly and accurately. Our phone system consists of eight incoming lines for the convenience of our New England customers. We believe that every call is important so the phones are answered by a "live" person; no automated attendants here.

We have structured our company to draw on the strengths of our personnel and to provide full service to our customers. Our company maintains a four-person inside customer and technical service department that is actively involved with quoting materials, coordinating sales with outside salesmen, processing orders and responding to application and service inquiries. Our marketing team designs and produces in-house flyers and promotional brochures for our customers and the manufacturers we represent.

Our success in marketing new and established products is based upon maintaining an understanding of the Customer's individual needs and by monitoring the competition. Our outside salesmen service plumbing and heating wholesalers, engineers and contractors in separate geographic territories. Morgan Leonard maintains a sales territory; it is our feeling that management must remain in direct contact with customers.

Of equal importance, our agency is adept at creating sales for our distributors. We extend our sales efforts beyond the wholesaler level by devoting considerable time to servicing plumbing and heating contractors, engineers, utilities, LP distributors and industrial end-users. Consequently, we have been able to effectively establish product lines, develop specifications and sales, and improve customer relations.
